Custom payments can only be made in consultation with an employee. In this article we will show you how to make a custom payment. Do not make custom payments without contacting an employee and receiving all required information.

Step 1: Go to custom payments

Step 2: Select correct amount & tax rate

Once users have reached the product page, users should do the following things:

  • Select the correct tax rate as provided by the employee.
  • Select the correct amount for the payment. (for example: a payment of €24, requires 24 to be selected).

When the correct amount and tax has been selected, you can use the add to cart button.

Step 3: Check the shopping cart & proceed to checkout

Go to your shopping cart and check if the correct amount has been selected. The shopping cart can be reached by selecting: “Cart”, at the top right of our website. Users can also use the following link:

Step 4: Finish the order and add the required “order note” information

Use the field: “Order notes” to add information regarding your order. This should include:

  • Product quantity
  • Product name
  • Employee name (Which employee did you talk to)
  • Contact method (How did you contact the employee, for example: mail)
  • Date (What date did the employee send the information regarding the payment)

The “Order notes” field can be found at the bottom of the checkout page. After filling in these details, fill in your name, address, and e-mail, like usual. Select a payment method on the right side of the website in order to complete the order.
